Schofield, Wisconsin (July 2019) – Accurex, a leader in engineering simplicity into kitchen ventilation systems, has partnered with Lambeau Field to help outfit the new Marketplace Kitchen, located on the fourth floor, Associated Bank Club Level. Accurex products are engineered to work together, to make it easier to solve the most complex kitchen ventilation challenges with a complete kitchen ventilation system solution that meets any functional and aesthetic requirements.
Opening for the 2019 season, the Marketplace Kitchen will provide the widest variety of menu items available to fans throughout Lambeau Field. Featuring an open cooking concept, the back of house food prep area will occupy about 755 square feet. The front of house fan experience will garner roughly 1,840 square feet, inviting more fans to this single location than any other within the stadium.
The open concept nature of the kitchen brings about a unique set of challenges when designing the right commercial kitchen ventilation system. Navigating the complexities of the ductwork, ensuring proper air flow and performance in an open space, along with seamlessly integrating with existing equipment were important considerations for this project. Coupled with the need for a clean, unobtrusive design, Accurex was a natural fit given its proven performance and dedication to engineering simplicity into kitchen ventilation systems.
