General:
Accurex warrants to the original purchaser of the Accurex equipment that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the shipment date or one year from startup date, if appropriate proof of startup date is submitted, not to exceed eighteen (18) months from date of shipment. Any units or parts which prove defective during the warranty period will be replaced at our option when returned to our factory, transportation prepaid.
Fan Motor Warranty (except models XCR/XIR)
Motors are warranted by the motor manufacturer for a period of one year. Should motors furnished by Accurex prove defective during this period, they should be returned to the nearest authorized motor service station. Accurex will not be responsible for any removal or installation costs.
Fan Models XCR/XIR
Accurex warrants its XCR/XIR products to be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of shipment or three years from the date of startup, if appropriate proof of startup date is submitted, not to exceed 39 months from date of shipment. In the event of such a defect during the warranty period, Accurex agrees, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective product free of charge.
This warranty runs to the original purchaser of such XCR/XIR products for a period of three years from the date of shipment or three years from the date of startup, if appropriate proof of startup date is submitted, not to exceed 39 months from date of shipment. Any product repaired or replaced under this warranty will, itself, be warranted only for the remainder of the warranty period of the original product being repaired or replaced.
**Excluded from coverage are (a) normal maintenance items, including but not limited to, light bulbs, fuses, gaskets, O-rings, interior and exterior finishes, lubrication, belts, motor bushes, broken glass, etc. adjustments and calibrations, speed and air flows, (b) failures caused by improper or erratic voltages, and (c) damage beyond the control of Accurex, or to Products which have been subject to alteration, misuse or improper installation, accidents, damage in shipment, fire, floods, power changes, other hazards or acts of God that are beyond the control of Accurex.
Accurex is not responsible for any removal, installation, or transportation cost.
As a result of our commitment to continuous improvement, Accurex reserves the right to change specifications without notice.
